Survey Terms

• This prize voucher is redeemable for one single use;
  – One vehicle is permitted to make use of the free Airport Parking for one single booking (please note this is not limited to any time frame on parking, ie. can be used for a few hours or a few days parking)
  – One passenger is permitted free access to the Amelia Earhart Lounge for one single booking
  
• The voucher cannot be utilised by any other passenger, only the prize winner themselves as named on the winning voucher.
  
• This prize voucher is valid for use on Airport Parking and/or the Amelia Earhart Lounge until the end of December 2022.
  
• To make use of this voucher for Airport Parking, please choose one of the following options:
  1. Pre-book with City of Derry Airport’s Customer Service team by calling 028 7181 0784 or emailing parking@cityofderryairport.com with your full name, winners reference (month of win), your vehicle registration and the date and time you would like to book parking entry and exit. Please note, you will also have to come to the Customer Services front desk on your return to have your parking ticket validated before exiting the airport car park.
  2. Come to the Customer Services front desk on arrival at City of Derry Airport and present your winners voucher, providing your full name, winners reference (month of win), your vehicle registration and the dates and time frame you would like to book parking for. Please note you will also have to come to Customer Services on your return to have your parking ticket validated.
  
• To make use of this voucher for access to the Amelia Earhart Lounge, please choose one of the following options:
  1. Pre-book with City of Derry Airport’s Lounge team by emailing airport.shop@cityofderryairport.com with your full name, winners reference (month of win), and the date and time you would like to book your lounge access for. 
  2. Come to the Airport Shop in Departures (the Amelia Earhart Lounge is located privately within this space) and present your winners voucher, providing your full name and winners reference (month of win), and the team will kindly take you through to the lounge from there.
  
• Any additional passengers travelling with a prize voucher winner will have to pay the normal rate of £12.50pp for access to the Amelia Earhart Lounge. Full information on Lounge refreshments, snacks and entertainment is available here.
  
• By completing a survey and entering the free prize draw, you are providing City of Derry Airport with permission to share your name on our digital channels as our monthly winner if you are drawn as a winner. This is for communication purposes only and will not be used for any other purpose.
  
• When drawn as a prize winner, City of Derry Airport will hold your name on file for two years, only for the purpose of retaining a record of our winners database.
