JOB TITLE: PERMANENT PASSENGER SERVICES OFFICER
Up to 37 HOURS PER WEEK

As part of the Customer Services Team, you will be trained in a variety of roles within the Department.
On the Customer Services Desk, you will greet everyone in a friendly manner and answer their queries, whilst keeping an eye on customers accessing the car park.
You will check passengers and their baggage in, allocate their seat and check travel documents.
You will escort passengers to and from the aircraft and assist those passengers with mobility needs.
Applicants must possess 4 GCSEs to Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification.
and
Have a minimum of one year’s customer services experience.
