The City of Derry Airport has one car park located adjacent to the main terminal building. The car park is covered by 24-hour security surveillance and the entire site is locked down every evening. The car park has a total of 500 Pay-On-Foot spaces, which means that parking charges must be paid for in the terminal before returning to your vehicle. There are two automatic paystations located in the terminal Exit Lobby - these accept notes and coins (both Sterling and Euro)and all major crdit/debit cards. There is a manned paystation at the airport Information Desk where payment can also be made. Remember parking charges cannot be paid at the exit barrier in the car park, please ensure payment is made inside the terminal before returning to your vehicle. Parking is not permitted in the Set Down or Pick Up areas or on the access roads. Illegal parking in these areas may lead to vehicles being clamped. Removal of the clamp will incur a minimum charge of £50. The first 10 minutes parking is free, allowing short visits to the terminal at no charge. Parking for Disabled Badge Holders The airport has a policy, which offers a period of free car parking to vehicles displaying the blue disabled badge. The first two hours parking is free with normal charges applying after this time expires. Drivers wishing to avail of this service must display the appropriate badge and must park in the designated bays in the main car park. Further information may be obtained from the airport Information Desk.
